I got this recipe from one of my hairdressing friends. It has been a hit around ever since. Even when someone don't like onions will still eat it. We just don't tell them what's in it. My dear friend son-in-law just text me the other day, letting me know he was ready of his Cheese Log. He thought the weather got cooler it was time for Cheese Log.

Step 1: Shredded 1/2 to 1 lb. Cheddar Cheese (I do about 3/4 lb). You can also use already shredded Cheddar Cheese.

Step 2: Minced a small onion.

Step 3: In a bowl put your cheese, onion, 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 2 cloves of garlic that is minced, 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1/2 cup of chopped pecans.

Step 4: Mix it really good, I like to use my hands.

Step 5: Divided the mixture then roll them in a log. Then I put it on aluminum foil with about 1/4 cup of pecans on it. Roll your Cheese Log the pecans so there is pecans on the outside.
